Pong
First to five against your Jeli, and what happens if you thrash it.
Pays: half hearts · Where: phone
First to five, against your Jeli.
It really plays#
Your Jeli plays the other paddle for itself. It has a top speed, it takes a moment to react, and its aim is slightly off. Nothing else decides the result. It doesn't let you win and it doesn't cheat.
Don't thrash it#
Beating it by three or more is a hiding, and it minds. Two hidings in a day and it's had enough: it says so on the way in and plays a slower paddle. That isn't it being worse at Pong. It's less willing to be there.
This goes through mood and never straight at your hearts, and it fades on its own within a day. One bad evening is one bad evening.
Needs two hearts#
Pong needs your Jeli to play against you, so it waits until it knows you well: two hearts, and the juvenile stage. See Friendship and hearts.
